Over three years, you'll work across key business functions including Operations, Programme Management, SIOP, Supply Chain, Business Strategy, and Finance & Commercial. Each placement will provide hands-on experience, exposure to business-critical projects, and opportunities to develop the skills needed for a successful career within Safran. You'll be supported by experienced colleagues, dedicated mentoring, and regular development reviews. You'll also have opportunities to shape your development journey through rotations aligned to your interests and career goals.
