Your Role:
- Driving new business development and order intake growth across the UK aftermarket portfolio
- Leading and developing a team of 5 senior account managers
- Owning and managing key strategic customer relationships
- Leading major pursuits and proposals, including large multi-year programmes
- Identifying and developing new aftermarket opportunities across military and commercial sectors
- Acting as a senior commercial leader, influencing strategy and driving performance
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in aftermarket / MRO sales leadership (aerospace preferred)
- Strong track record of winning new business and delivering revenue growth
- Experience managing senior sales or account management teams
- Commercial acumen with the ability to lead strategic pursuits and negotiations
- Background in aerospace, defence, or engineering environments
