About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised IT Project Coordinator to join our Digital Operations team and play a key role in delivering exciting digital transformation projects across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple priorities and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders. Supporting the IT Project team, you'll help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, while gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives.
Working closely with business leaders, technical teams and external suppliers, you'll play an integral part in keeping projects on track, maintaining clear communication and driving successful outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination and successful delivery of IT and digital transformation projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, risk registers and project documentation.
- Coordinate activities across multiple project workstreams to ensure priorities remain aligned and deadlines are achieved.
- Organise, attend and document project meetings with internal and external stakeholders, capturing actions and monitoring progress.
- Provide regular project updates, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of milestones, risks and key developments.
- Monitor project activities, proactively identifying issues and supporting the resolution of risks and challenges.
- Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in line with agreed scope and quality standards.

You will have
- Educational Requirements and Industry Experience
- Proven experience delivering IT, software, digital, or business transformation projects
- within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of project management experience delivering medium to large
scale technology projects. - Experience managing multiple projects / workstream simultaneously within a complex
business environment. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing schedules, risks, issues, and resources.
- PRINCE2, APM, PMP or Agile qualification desirable.
