Role Purpose
This role involves leading an integrated production team and processes to meet customer demands. You will be fully accountable for the performance and continuous improvement of the production system and support functions, aligned with strategic plans and the Operational Balance Scorecard.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy operational strategy in line with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Ensure delivery against KPIs as per the balance scorecard framework.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
