This role is ideal for a highly motivated, high-achieving individual who will report to the Aftermarket Senior Programme Manager, taking responsibility for a portfolio of Military Aftermarket platforms.
The role requires a structured and methodical approach to project planning, cost control, and customer engagement.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?
- Act as the key point of contact for customers at a working level, ensuring customer satisfaction and conducting market feedback analysis.
- Drive all project outcomes related to cost, schedule, and quality.
- Utilise advanced project management tools & techniques to support execution and tracking.
- Own and manage project control tasks, including maintaining schedules, baseline data, and actual dates.
- Gather, analyse, and distribute key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress.
- Administer key project meetings such as risk review and change management boards.
- Support internal and external project data generation for governance and reviews.
- Ensure project governance and compliance with the Collins Management System (CMS).
- Maintain resource plans, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Contribute to key project documentation, including Program Plans, Support Plans, and cadence reviews.
