Your Role
Responsible for delivering our customer requirements in line with the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Key responsibilities
- Work with supply‑chain to ensure both internal and external supply of material to agreed schedules
- Manage Lines of Balance for each Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) within their responsibility
- Develop production and kitting plans in line with customer requirements and sales forecasts (including Aftermarket, OERs & aged WIP)
- Validate schedule to capacity (build plan review)
- Manage work order release and closure in line with MPS requirement
- Inventory control & accuracy
- Manage escalation process when a sustained deviation from plan occurs and capture turnbacks
- Management of Engineering change introduction
- Working with operators, production schedules, materials and equipment to ensure on time, in full delivery to MPS
- Develop weekly shipping plan in line with customer requirements and operations output
What You'll Bring
- Experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain Planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of SAP and Excel would be desirable, with the ability to manage production schedules, work orders, and material requirements.
- Excellent problem‑solving, organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, combined with a proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
