Your Role
We are looking for a talented and driven individual to play a key role in our digital transformation journey. As a Tableau Developer & Data Analytics Specialist, you will help modernise our reporting and analytics capabilities by creating impactful dashboards and data visualisations that support business‑critical decision‑making.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
- Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Working closely with stakeholders to deliver user‑focused analytics solutions
- Analyzing data from multiple enterprise systems and SQL databases
- Writing and optimising SQL queries to support reporting needs
- Collaborating with the Digital Operations DBA team to understand and enhance data sources
What You'll Bring
Essential
- Some hands‑on experience with Tableau Desktop (academic, personal, or commercial) and an interest in data visualization
- Basic knowledge of SQL and an understanding of how to query and work with data
- Ability to create clear and easy‑to‑understand dashboards or reports
- An interest in data analysis, with the ability to identify trends and insights
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
