The Quality Engineer supports the Sheet Metal Operations team in delivering products on time, to specification, and in full compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards. The role focuses on preventing customer escapes, reducing concessions, driving continuous improvement, and strengthening the organisation's Quality Management System.

Essential Qualifications
- Degree or HND in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- APQP experience or strong oversight of a customer who uses APQP.
- Proven Quality Assurance experience within a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in complex problem solving and delivery of improvement projects.
- Practical experience with PFMEA, SPC, 8D, Six Sigma, and other core quality tools.
- Experience in Quality Planning for new product introduction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership behaviours and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
Desirable Qualifications
- French speaking.
