We are seeking a skilled Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Engineer to support the development and validation of complex systems through digital modeling and simulation.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate model-based methodologies into the product development lifecycle, ensuring efficient design, testing, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate system models using tools like MATLAB/Simulink.
- Perform simulations to analyze system performance and identify design improvements.
- Support model-in-the-loop (MIL), software-in-the-loop (SIL), and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into design and development workflows.
- Document modeling processes, simulation results, and technical recommendations.
- Contribute to the automation of verification and validation (V&V) processes.
- Participate in external funding opportunities and research initiatives.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Computer Science).
Experience with model-based design tools (e. g., MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow).
Strong understanding of systems engineering principles.
Familiarity with control systems, embedded systems, and simulation environments.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of AUTOSAR, Modelica, or Sys ML.
Experience with C/C++ code generation from models.
Exposure to aerospace, automotive, or industrial automation domains.
