Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will coordinate and organise the administrative aspects of receiving and shipping Customer equipment.
Your objectives and tasks
- Identifying products under quarantine and taking action with the Sales Administration team to correct identified anomalies and release the product from quarantine.
- Call for Transport: Contacting freight forwarders (as the main point of contact for Fed Ex, DHL, K&N etc.)
- Being the main point of contact of the service provider for all Logistics and Customs issues.
- Supporting the Sales Administration Representatives in Customs and Logistics matters.
- Implementing the necessary action plans to improve Customer logistic/administration flows as well as internal flows
- Ensure Customs follow-up of repair book Technical Skills
- Logistics and shipment coordination
