About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support key HR activities across the employee lifecycle. You'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR systems and processes, and delivering an excellent employee experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, technology, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR documentation in line with company policies and employment legislation.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, delivering a professional and customer-focused service to employees and managers.
- Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Produce HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support business and HR decision-making.
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and communication initiatives across the business.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline administration, and enhance the employee experience through digital solutions.
- Support HR projects, system updates, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, HR policies, and audit requirements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders while contributing to a collaborative, efficient, and high-performing HR team.
What You'll Bring:
Essential
- Strong working knowledge of HRMS and digital business systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Organised with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to drive process improvements and adopt digital tools.
- High level of discretion with sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Proactive, committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- CIPD or Business Administration Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
Desirable
- Experience in an HR department, shared services, or supporting HR systems projects.
- Familiarity with GDPR, HR compliance, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Experience with Lean or continuous/process improvement methods.
