Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end recruitment for UK sites, supporting Safran’s mission as a global leader in aerospace, defence and space. You will partner with hiring managers to plan and deliver timely, high-quality hires while building strong talent pipelines. You’ll champion candidate experience, ensure data accuracy in the ATS, and drive compliant, inclusive hiring. This hybrid position blends local impact with global standards, helping Safran attract and retain top talent to fuel innovation.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for ~50 hires per year with smooth coordination and positive candidate and manager experience
- Manage recruitment from vacancy approval to offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and lay out recruitment plans
- Build talent pipelines via targeted sourcing, networking, and employer branding
- Act as SME for recruitment within perimeter, sharing market trends and sourcing strategies
- Ensure data quality in the ATS for requisitions, reporting, and candidate communications
- Apply equal opportunity principles and comply with relevant standards
Key requirements
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in agency or in-house settings
- Experience recruiting in technical engineering or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
- Effective communication with proactive, transparent, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to use recruitment data and market insights to improve outcomes
