Overview

In this role you will coordinate MRO returns and logistics to ensure compliant receipt, data entry and processing of customer returns in the shop. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage in-house and external repairs, shipments and regulatory alignment. You will drive accuracy, traceability and continuous improvement within the MRO operation, enabling timely repairs and compliant documentation. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative MRO environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and document incoming parts with detailed records
  • Enter information into the ERP system accurately
  • Book in parts for in-house repair with proper routing
  • Manage external repairs and supplier approvals
  • Request RMAs and manage related documentation
  • Prepare customs invoices and shipping documents; package items for dispatch
  • Coordinate with Goods Inwards to ensure correct receipt of MRO parts
  • Update work instructions and ERP changes; maintain audit-ready records
  • Flag and investigate documentation or compliance issues
  • Participate in QRQC meetings and share process performance
  • Maintain 5S-compliant work area; support cross-functional teamwork
  • Communicate risks and opportunities; contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Key requirements

  • Experience in logistics, goods inwards or similar technical operational environment
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Understanding of MRO compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Participation in mandatory area training
