Your Role
Supporting the development and delivery of high-quality maintenance and repair publications for advanced landing gear systems. You will play a key role in producing compliant technical documentation, working closely with engineering and programme teams in a dynamic aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and manage technical publications (CMMs, Service Bulletins, ICA) across the full lifecycle
- Interpret engineering drawings, test data, and design information to produce accurate, compliant documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, programme, and customer teams to support entry into service (EIS)
- Plan and manage work packages, schedules, and resources to meet programme objectives
- Act as a key interface for customers, MROs, and suppliers
- Ensure documentation quality, compliance, and on-time delivery
- Support continuous improvement and innovation, including S1000D and digital/IETP initiatives

Candidate skills & requirements
What You'll Bring:
- Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience in aerospace technical publications and documentation (CMMs, SBs)
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems (landing gear experience advantageous)
- Skilled in interpreting engineering data and producing compliant documentation (ATA iSpec 2200, S1000D, ASD-STE100)
- Experience with technical authoring tools (e.g. FrameMaker, Arbortext, IsoDraw) and SGML/XML
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing technical documentation projects within an engineering or MRO environment
