Overview
In this role you lead end-to-end retrofit campaigns for in-service landing gear, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and minimal airline disruption. You serve as the main customer liaison, coordinating with airlines, airframers and MROs to align needs and schedules. You will drive cross-functional execution across Product Support, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Logistics and Finance to hit campaign milestones. This position offers global exposure within Safran Landing Systems, contributing to safer, decarbonised aviation and a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end retrofit campaigns for in-service landing gear ensuring on-time delivery and minimal disruption to airline operations
- Act as primary customer contact and align requirements with airlines, airframers and MROs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product Support, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Logistics and MRO
- Plan and manage retrofit schedules, resolve operational issues and achieve milestones
- Oversee parts provisioning, logistics, repairs, upgrades and rotable assets while optimizing inventory and managing cost/obsolescence risks
- Track budgets/forecasts, support commercial reviews, and prepare customer and technical documentation for campaign delivery
Key requirements
- SAP experience is mandatory
