Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end engineering recruitment within Safran UK, partnering with leaders to attract and hire top R&D and engineering talent. You will build strong pipelines, optimize processes, and drive a positive candidate experience to support Safran’s innovative aerospace mission. This hybrid position anchors at Gloucester or Cwmbran with weekly on-site days, contributing to Safran’s status as an employer of choice. You will shape how we source, engage, and onboard critical engineering roles at scale.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for ~50 hires per year, from vacancy approval to onboarding
- Manage recruitment processes, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs and recruitment plans
- Build and nurture talent pipelines through targeted sourcing and employer branding
- Act as SME for recruitment, providing market trends and strategy insights
- Ensure data quality in the ATS for requisitions, reporting, and candidate comms
- Apply equal opportunity principles and maintain compliance with standards

- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering and R&D roles
