As an Inspector, you will be responsible for carrying out visual and dimensional inspections, validating product conformity, managing quality documentation, and supporting continuous improvement activities. Working closely with manufacturing and quality teams, you will help uphold our commitment to delivering world-class products while championing a strong quality culture across the business.

As an Inspector, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting visual and dimensional inspections of products and components
- Reviewing engineering drawings, specifications and quality documentation
- Accurately recording inspection results and quality data
- Raising and managing Quality Notifications (QNs)
- Supporting QRQC reviews and quality improvement initiatives
- Validating delivery documentation and product conformity
- Identifying, containing and escalating non-conforming products
- Supporting investigations into quality issues and ensuring appropriate actions are implemented
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns
- Promoting and embedding a 'Stop at First Defect' culture throughout the organisation

Essential Requirements:
- Manufacturing apprenticeship or Level 3 NVQ in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Visual and dimensional inspection experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience using inspection and measuring equipment
- Ability to complete quality documentation accurately
- Experience raising and managing Quality Notifications (QNs)
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office and Adobe software packages
Desirable Requirements:
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
- First Article Inspection (FAI) experience
- PPAP knowledge
- MRB delegation experience
- Regulatory Release Authorisation
- Knowledge of customer quality requirements
- Experience validating delivery documentation
