Join Safran Engineering Services as a Configuration Manager and become part of a growing team delivering innovative engineering solutions. The role will be initially 6m contractor role Inside IR35 with a potential to become a permanent role in the future. Based onsite in Pitstone, you will be at the heart of configuration management activities, ensuring project data is accurately controlled and maintained throughout the product lifecycle. As a key member of the team, you will oversee the management of configuration items within the company's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool, working closely with stakeholders and the UK Configuration Management Leader to maintain data integrity, traceability, and compliance. You will perform CM planning for new and existing projects, defining an effective tailored CM Implementation, to meet Business/Customer specific Configuration requirements. You will support the identification of contract/subcontract requirements to ensure effective CM performance of partners and suppliers. You will write and maintain the CM Plan in accordance with Safran policies and contractual/tender requirements and implement the Approved CM Plan within the Project You will participate in the creation and management of Configuration Item (CI’s), Product Structures
