We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Programs team as a Program Manager at our Pitstone site.

Your Role:
- Manage all stakeholders in the business line to ensure customer satisfaction and economic performance of a program while monitoring and mastering risk level.
- Take full ownership of the program, having reign to shape the actions taken that will successfully achieve all program objectives.
- Ensure consistency in delivering and meeting customer expectations.
- Management of activities involving and actioned in multiple countries.
- Work in conjunction with other program managers, led by a Senior Program Manager.
- Ensure global coordination of all the activities in the business line to deliver expected program figures.
- Limit and manage the risks generated by program activities to an acceptable level.
What You’ll Bring:
Essential:- Masters degree in engineering or project management, or equivalent experience.
- Aerospace industry experience essential.
- Strong leadership & people management skills.
- Previous experience in applying program management standards.
- Ability to establish a relationship of trust with program customers.
- Ability to conduct negotiations both internally and externally.
- Ability to create confidence within the team and empower the team to manage programs.
