You will be responsible for driving the reliability, availability, and efficiency of site production assets through effective maintenance strategies, data‑driven decision‑making, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring equipment performance aligns with business objectives while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure site production equipment is maintained using the safest, most efficient and effective methods available to maximise production uptime
- Compile solutions and preventative actions by using data compiled in the maintenance system, root cause analysis methods and tracking downtime trends
- Promote cost‑effective maintenance solutions
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve ISO 55000 Asset Management standards
- Oversee planned maintenance and statutory compliance schedules, coordinating with operational teams to minimise disruption
- Drive focus and accountability for departmental KPI's including reduction in equipment downtime and 100% adherence to TPM plans
- HND, HNC or degree in Engineering or a related systems‑based discipline (ESSENTIAL)
- Strong background in facilities or maintenance
- Proven experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Relevant health & safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH)
