As a Delivery Assurance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring delivery commitments are met across Machining & Special Process. You'll provide operational and administrative leadership, using KPIs to drive performance and recovery plans, while working cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to support production ramp-ups and new product introductions.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to managers and teams
- Drive delivery performance through KPI tracking (e.g. parts booked to stores, recovery hours)
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions and ensure follow-up
- Prepare reports, manage data, and track performance against safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity targets
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements
- Identify and implement improvements to processes and ways of working
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to support NPI and production ramp-ups

- Proven experience using KPIs and data to drive operational performance and delivery
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
