Job Description

As Aftermarket Sales Director UK, you will lead and drive aftermarket sales growth across the UK, developing strategic customer relationships and securing high-value programmes across both military and commercial markets. This is a highly visible leadership role, forming part of the Global Leadership Team, where you will take ownership of key customer accounts, lead strategic pursuits, and deliver sustained revenue growth.

Your Role

  • Driving new business development and order intake growth across the UK aftermarket portfolio
  • Leading and developing a team of 5 senior account managers
  • Owning and managing key strategic customer relationships
  • Leading major pursuits and proposals, including large multi-year programmes
  • Identifying and developing new aftermarket opportunities across military and commercial sectors
  • Acting as a senior commercial leader, influencing strategy and driving performance
