What will I be doing?
– Manage a portfolio of suppliers to ensure our requirements are met, working with poor performing suppliers to analyse the impacts of an improvement request and implement an action plan
– Participate in multisite supplier business reviews with a cross functional team (CFT)
– Work within a CFT to ensure successful work package transfers within the Supply Chain
– Support the Supplier Performance Quality Leader in the effective implementation of Supplier Performance strategy and initiatives
– Manage internal expectations with key customers to ensure full customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
What do I need to succeed in the role?
– Demonstrable working knowledge of ERP system and MRP2 Principles in SAP
– Significant supplier and order book management experience within an engineering environment
– Experience in manufacturing/production environment
– Proven ability to negotiate and influence suppliers using your broad understanding of business and your astute commercial awareness
