Your Role
As a Business Relationship Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening the relationship between IT and the wider business. Working closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, and third-party suppliers, you will help design and implement technology solutions that enhance business performance, improve user experience, and support strategic objectives.
You will act as a trusted partner to the business, ensuring that IT services are aligned with operational needs while supporting business transformation, change initiatives, and continuous improvement. This is a varied role where you will combine technical understanding, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving expertise to deliver real value across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve IT relationship maturity and service delivery across the organisation
- Support the design, implementation, and adoption of technology solutions
- Collaborate with project teams on communication, documentation, training, and change planning
- Provide expert support for escalations, incident resolution, and service improvement initiatives
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical and user documentation
- Support change management activities to ensure smooth implementation of new systems and processes
- Analyse business processes, data, and information requirements to recommend effective solutions
- Deliver user training and guidance to maximise adoption and capability
- Work collaboratively across UK sites and with global Safran teams on transversal projects

- Proven ability to manage and prioritise stakeholder expectations at all levels, including senior leadership
- Strong experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Good working knowledge of data extraction, data modelling, and reporting techniques
- Solid understanding of networks, servers, client technologies, and enterprise IT systems
- Experience supporting IT service delivery, incident management, and change management processes
- Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
