What you’ll do
- Coordinate workload and resources across shifts to maintain continuous production flow.
- Resolve daily issues, escalating when needed.
- Lead 5S standards and promote strong health and safety behaviours.
- Develop team capability, identify training needs, and support operator onboarding.
- Drive lean thinking and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with manufacturing support teams to solve problems quickly.
- Deputise for the Process Manager in key meetings and operational routines.
