As a key player in our pricing and business case development function, you will help shape winning proposals, strengthen customer relationships, and directly influence the success of our MRO and spares operations. This is a role for someone who loves turning data into insight, ideas into standard work, and complex requirements into clear, defensible pricing outcomes.
You will work at the centre of our commercial process - building tools, improving ways of working, supporting daily RFQs, and ensuring our pricing remains competitive, robust, and audit-ready. What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?
- Develop accurate and compliant business cases for Business Development to support proposal submissions, including analysis of work scopes and historical costs and price.
- Support the development of standard work for MRO pricing.
- Develop and maintain the pricing tools, including MRO pricing model, macros and all automated tools.
- Provide fixed pricing together with necessary audit detail. Interface with MOD or Prime customers during audits if necessary.
- Provide adequate support in answering to daily RFQs. Maintain & improve the standard work.
- Produce and obtain internal approvals for MRO & Spares catalogue prices, ensuring that documented business cases are provided.
- Participation in continuous improvement activities & workshops when needed.
