We are seeking a proactive Sales Operations Specialist to become an integral member of our UK Sales operations team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the seamless execution of order to cash marketplace activities, ensuring our premium products are showcased to their highest potential, digital catalogues, and ad hoc operational projects within the regional office.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seasonal product onboarding, guaranteeing data accuracy in naming, pricing, and categorisation.
  • Conduct daily quality assurance of product data to deliver a flawless shopping experience for our customers.
  • Managing web portals of both customers and suppliers.
  • Management of orders and returns on our Marketplace platform Mirakl.
  • Monitor order book activities and UK B2B Returns flow.
  • Management of Purchase Orders in the system.
  • Provide support with Amazon Catalogue management and other marketplace-related activities.
  • Contribute to special projects and ad hoc assignments as required within the Sales Operations department.
Skills and Experience
  • 2 years minimum experience in Key Accounts management, e-commerce, or within a marketplace environment.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel, with strong analytical skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills.
  • Experience managing e-commerce platform, familiarity with SAP or any other ERP system is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Order to Cash must have.
