As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for developing existing client accounts and acquiring new accounts within the East and South‐East England region.
Main Duties & Responsibilities- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organisation's products.
- Determine yearly targets together with the National Sales Manager and communicate them to customers to secure commitments.
- Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinate with Safilo internal departments such as sales operations, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
- Analyse the regional/market potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organisation.
- Generate leads, follow up on them and share updates with the sales team.
- Keep up-to-date on product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through store visits and industry literature.
- Participate in trade shows and conventions.
- Fulfil administrative tasks such as weekly reports to the National Sales Manager.
- Ensure brand representation and visibility in stores, continually liaising with the Marketing Department.
- Previous sales experience (minimum 5 years) preferably in eyewear or fashion, but open to other industries.
- Driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Confident level of English.
