Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Site Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of construction site operations. This pivotal role involves coordinating project activities, managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. The company is an award winning bespoke developer. I am looking for someone who has both residential & commercial experience as the project contains both. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Site Manager, you will drive project success by fostering collaboration among stakeholders and ensuring high-quality standards are met at every stage of the construction process. Duties Lead daily site operations, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to project plans. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and communication. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 to track progress and adjust plans proactively. Oversee the use of Civil 3D software for site design, grading, and layout verification to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor safety protocols rigorously, conducting regular safety inspections and enforcing compliance with health regulations. Manage resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment, optimizing productivity across the site. Implement effective time management strategies to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and issues for stakeholders and senior management. Experience Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar construction leadership role with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
