HGV Class 1 Driver – Immediate Starts – Oakham

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team in the Oakham area. Whether you're an experienced driver or newly qualified, we have opportunities for you!
The Role:
As a HGV Class 1 Driver, your main responsibility will be driving a curtain lorry, delivering pallets around LE & PE post code areas between 6-9 drops per day, Either forklifted off or delivered using a tail lift. 10-12 hour shifts on average with start times ranging from 04:00 to 07:00.
- Immediate starts available for AM start times
- Multi Drop deliveries, 1-2 runs per day delivering to LE & PE post codes
- Guaranteed 8 hours of pay, usually 10-12 hour shifts
- Monday to Friday (Weekends Optional)
- Pay rates from £19.00 - £23.45 (PAYE / Umbrella PAYE contract)
- Immediate starts available for Morning shifts
- ADHOC shifts also available for part time drivers
What We’re Looking For:
- HGV Class 1 Driver with 6 months driving experience, however newly passed drivers are also accepted
- No more than 6* points on your license* (not essential)
- A valid CPC, Driver’s License, and Digi Card are required
- Basic English language skills, both spoken and written
- Understanding of driver’s hours and regulations when working as a HGV Class 1 Driver
