My client is an award-winning main contractor committed to delivering the exceptional. They excel in the delivery of design and build projects from £5m to £25m, working across the later living, healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.
We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to join our team of construction professionals, delivering exceptional projects within the later living sector across the Midlands, Home Counties, Gloucestershire, East Anglia, and Surrey.
You will have responsibility for the delivery of a project, working alongside a site manager, ensuring they are completed to programme, safely, with zero defects, and within budget. The successful candidate will be client-facing and have extensive knowledge of care home delivery.
As an experienced Site Manager, you will bring your demonstrable wealth of experience in delivering high-quality care homes to this role. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence to travel to sites regularly and live within a 2-hour radius of our Corby Head Office.
