The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, to the required quality standards, and within budget. The role acts as the key link between clients, contractors, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and professionally. The Project Supervisor will monitor site activities, coordinate labour and materials, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise projects from commencement through to completion.
- Carry out pre-install visits, reporting back any possible issues.
- Responsible for managing the teams, ensuring they work to comply with Standard Operating procedures.
- Coordinate site activities and installation teams to ensure works are delivered according to programme.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with specifications, drawings, and client requirements.
- Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates to management.
Quality Control
- Ensure all works are carried out to company quality standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout the project.
- Identify and rectify defects or non-conforming works.
- Manage project snagging and ensure timely completion of outstanding items.
