Saffron Vantage are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly expanding team in our brand new office in Cambridge. We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant from any sector to join an established team.
- Managing the process from interview to placement
- Account / Client management
- Proactively conducting warm / cold sales to generate business
- Contract negotiating
- Basic admin duties
Starting salary: £28,000 - £29,500 per annum (dependent on experience) with a generous commission structure. Senior consultants or higher please also get in contact (higher salaries available). Proof of billings to be required regardless of role.
OTE (On Target Earnings):
- 1st Year: £45k+
- 2nd Year: £60k+
- 3rd Year: £70k+
Uncapped commissions. Higher earnings can be achieved through exceptional candidates. For more information or if you’re interested submit a CV.
