We are seeking a dedicated and professional HGV Driver to join our client's transport team based in Burwell.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the safe and efficient delivery of machinery across the country, supporting both customer operations and internal logistics.

This role requires flexibility for overnight stays and a proactive approach to delivering excellence.

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Job Objective

To ensure the professional, efficient, and safe transportation of products across the UK. The role involves regular travel, with the expectation of overnight stays when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport machinery and equipment in accordance with operational requirements.
  • Work closely with the Transport Manager to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
  • Complete daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
  • Clean and prepare machinery for demonstrations and events.
  • Support general yard duties as required by the Branch Manager.
  • Ensure full compliance with licence and CPC requirements.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.
  • Promote and maintain health and safety practices in all areas of work.
  • Attend relevant training to remain fully competent in your role.
  • Provide support to colleagues as needed across various operational areas.
  • Work independently and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Be willing to stay overnight when the schedule requires it.
