Job Objective
To ensure the professional, efficient, and safe transportation of products across the UK. The role involves regular travel, with the expectation of overnight stays when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport machinery and equipment in accordance with operational requirements.
- Work closely with the Transport Manager to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
- Clean and prepare machinery for demonstrations and events.
- Support general yard duties as required by the Branch Manager.
- Ensure full compliance with licence and CPC requirements.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.
- Promote and maintain health and safety practices in all areas of work.
- Attend relevant training to remain fully competent in your role.
- Provide support to colleagues as needed across various operational areas.
- Work independently and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- Be willing to stay overnight when the schedule requires it.
