My Client, an ever-growing main contractor, is looking to expand their commercial team as they have won a large stream of work in the commercial fit-out sector.

Essential experience working on CAT A & CAT B projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years post-graduate experience in a Quantity Surveying or Assistant Quantity Surveying role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing quantity surveying support to the construction team
  • Obtaining tenders and budgeting
  • Managing projects and liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Maintaining a high level of commercial awareness and communication
  • Working within a small team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensuring that projects stay within budget and maximise the profit margin
  • Preparing contract documents
  • Producing the Contractors Monthly Report
  • Submitting monthly Cost/Value Reconciliations
