Saffron is pleased to announce the return of its artist development programme for Black women and gender diverse music creators based in South West England. Beginning this Autumn, the programme will support three artists through mentoring, a creative retreat, music industry training and a bursary towards music creation.
You must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible to apply:
- Living in South West England for the duration of the programme (Sept 2026 – Aug 2027)
- A musical creative eg. music producer, composer or instrumentalist
- A woman, non-binary, trans (trans man or woman), intersex or gender non-conforming
- Black or Black heritage; eg. Black British, Black African or Black Caribbean, including those of mixed-Black heritage
- Age 18+. There is no maximum age limit
