Test Manager - Contract (Inside IR35) - London (Hybrid)

Saffron QA is the recruitment partner to a leading of a specialist testing consultancy services to the financial services sector.

We have a requirement for a Test Manager to work across 2x projects for a banking client. The role will require you to engage with the team from the planning phase through to UAT.

We are looking for someone experienced in adopting an \’automation first\’ approach to projects. Therefore, you should be comfortable in working with automation testers, creating proof of concepts and able to identify opportunities to implement automated solutions.

The essential skills are:

• Experience working as a Test Manager
• Experience working in FS or banking projects
• Ability to produce test strategies and plans
• Experience of working alongside test automation engineers to implement automation solutions
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong UAT management skills with the ability to coordinate and train users

This is a contract role operating inside of IR35. The role will require hybrid working, approx. 2 days per week in the London office. The rate on offer is £475/day and this will be a 3-month initial contract with extensions possible.
