We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery and coordination of the learning and development (L&D) activities that underpin our organisational vision, culture, and strategy by providing high-quality administrative, logistical, and reporting support to ensure colleagues have a professional, seamless learning experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate the end-to-end logistics of learning events, including scheduling, booking venues, managing participant lists, and communicating event details.
- Oversee all Health & Safety and mandatory training, ensuring colleagues complete essential learning on time.
- Maintain and update the training matrix, tracking completion, gaps, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with the L&D Lead and People team to deliver a professional and joined-up L&D service.
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all records, courses, and completion data are accurate.
- Assist in organising learning events, workshops, content creation and other engagement activities.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Educations and Qualifications:
- Educated to A-Level (or equivalent experience in a learning or administrative role) (E).
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience, or the desire to work towards (D).
Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally within Learning & Development, HR or a similar people-focused function (E).
- Coordinating training bookings, calendars or events logistics (E).
- Experience of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Platforms (D).
- Experience in Health & Safety administration or compliance monitoring (D).
- Working with external training providers (D).
- Managing purchase orders and invoices (D).
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Strong administrative accuracy with high attention to detail (E).
- Good written and verbal communication (E).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively (E).
