Business Support Team Leader
Location: Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: £31,000 per annum
We're looking for an organised and people-focused Business Support Team Leader to lead our Operational Support administration team and ensure the delivery of an efficient, accurate and tenant-focused service.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes and delivering high-quality administrative services. You'll supervise a dedicated team, oversee key lettings and tenancy administration processes, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with colleagues across Housing and Lettings to provide an exceptional experience for tenants.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading, motivating and supporting a team of Administrative Officers.
- Ensuring lettings and tenancy administration is delivered accurately, efficiently and compliantly.
- Monitoring workloads, quality standards and team performance.
- Coaching and developing colleagues to help them succeed.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

What we're looking for:
- Experience supervising or coordinating administrative teams.
- Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Confidence using IT systems and managing accurate records.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
