Employment: Fulltime 37hrs per week Fixed Term Contract (6 Months)

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate all complaints regarding neighbour nuisance and anti‑social behaviour and take steps to resolve these within the Trust's policies and procedures.
- Provide a high‑level tenancy management service within a geographical area, ensuring tenancy conditions are complied with.
- Attend court to represent the Trust and provide witness statements as required.
- Undertake accompanied viewings, tenancy “sign‑ups” to properties (including required follow‑up visits) and end‑of‑tenancy liaison.
- Carry out tenant consultation on issues of housing management and encourage participation generally; attend evening meetings as required in connection with Tenant and Resident Involvement.

- Full, current, valid driving licence.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Experience of working within Housing or a similar customer‑focused organisation.
- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data protection of business information.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various audiences both in writing and verbally.
- Excellent time‑management skills, including the ability to prioritise workload and meet targets; able to work as part of a team and also independently without the need for close supervision.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when recording information.
- Good IT skills, including use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
