Join Saffron Building Society as a Retentions Officer and play a key role in supporting existing mortgage members at an important point in their journey. If you’re organised, customer-focused and love getting the detail right, this could be a brilliant next step.
What you’ll get stuck into
- Helping existing mortgage members through their retention options.
- Managing customer and broker enquiries by phone and email.
- Producing mortgage illustrations, issuing offers and keeping cases moving with support throughout the whole journey.
- Processing product switch and retention administration accurately.
- Spotting when a customer may need advice or extra support and referring them as appropriate.
- Completing scripted non-advised customer interactions relating to retention options and where appropriate wider contract variation enquiries
- Working collaboratively across the team and wider society to deliver great customer outcomes
You’ll be a great fit if you’re…
Someone who is friendly, accurate and confident speaking with customers. You’ll enjoy working to process, keeping things on track and being part of a supportive team. Mortgage or financial services experience would be great, but we’re just as interested in your attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
