Joining our Service Delivery Team, you’ll get hands-on with Service Desk and Application Support — from fixing login issues to investigating business app errors.

What you’ll be doing

• Help colleagues with application issues, software, access and hardware.

• Log, prioritise and progress support tickets, keeping colleagues informed.
• Check business apps, alerts and scheduled tasks, using system logs to investigate errors.
• Make approved changes to system settings and user access, and support access reviews.
• Work with technical colleagues and suppliers on more complex issues.
• Keep support guides and records updated, and test services after changes or fixes.

What you’ll bring

• Curiosity, a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication and a friendly, helpful approach.
• Good organisation, attention to detail and adaptability.
• A team mindset and the confidence to ask for help.
• Basic knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, plus an interest in apps, systems and cloud technology.
• Care with secure access, accurate records and agreed processes.
