We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our studio in London or Madrid—someone who feels as comfortable creating brand identities as presenting them. At Saffron, you’ll work with renowned global brands and play a key role in a growing digital team. As a senior member, you’ll help drive projects forward, bring clarity to complexity, and support in elevating the craft and thinking of those around you.
You can communicate design concepts through sketches, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and bring confidence and presence needed to present work effectively. You should have exceptional design skills and also play around in one (or more) UI, Motion, Processing, 3D or similar. Look to simplify complexity by creating elegant solutions. Be eager to collaborate with strategists and brand designers to shape your work, and the other way around. Be a problem solver and know when to challenge requirements. Seek excellence in everything you do. Fluent in English; other languages a plus. Excited about working in an international team, and travelling globally. No stranger to iteration and has knowledge of how the experience will work across different environments/surfaces.
