About The Programme Our training contract takes three and a half years to complete with full support and access to first-class tuition centres. If you’re AAT Level 4 qualified, you will be eligible for exemptions; otherwise we ask for all trainees to complete the full ACA/CTA. We believe that studying alongside a cohort gives you the best chance of exam success.

Start Date Your start date will be early September, and we advise you to avoid holidays around this time.

Your role and development Your growth doesn’t just come from exams; it comes from valuable work experience and real-world learning. Full practical and technical training will be given in transfer pricing and related international tax work. No previous experience or knowledge is required.

Duties Duties will include working with members of the transfer pricing and wider international tax team on the transfer pricing and international tax aspects of the client portfolio, including:

  • Attending meetings with clients and targets with members of the transfer pricing team
  • Assisting with the preparation of transfer pricing master and local files and transfer pricing design reports – documenting business overviews, industry analyses, functional analyses and economic analyses including financial data
  • Assisting with transfer pricing research including legislation, case law and HMRC guidance
  • Assisting with the preparation of transfer pricing advisory reports
  • Assisting with transfer pricing administrative and compliance matters
  • Assisting international tax specialists with UK and overseas business expansion and setup
  • Assisting with international tax advice, compliance, project management and administrative aspects

As your understanding of transfer pricing and international tax issues grows, so will the complexity of your workload. We’ll support you with mentorship, structured training, and off-site trainee programmes as well as regular social events to build friendships with colleagues.

What You\’ll Need

  • 2:1 undergraduate degree (expected or obtained) in any discipline
  • A minimum of 120 UCAS points from your top 3 A Levels (or equivalent), excluding General Studies and AS Levels
  • A minimum of 6 (or B) in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
