We’re looking for two recently ACA‑qualified accountants to support a fast‑paced project focused on data gathering, validation, and building robust financial models. You’ll work in our Finance team and with cross‑functional stakeholders to collect and clean source data, develop driver‑based models, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for decision‑making. This role will suit someone who understands professional services environments.
Responsibilities
- Create dashboards and model outputs for Senior Leadership teams’ review
- Clean, reconcile, and validate large data sets; resolve discrepancies with data owners.
- Build and maintain scenario models
- Develop short‑ and medium‑term forecasts, sensitivities, and “what‑if” analyses.
- Prepare succinct analysis packs: assumptions, methodology, results, and recommendations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to interpret results and inform decisions.
The team
The Finance department is a close‑knit team of 25 talented professionals, bringing together expertise across three specialist areas: Financial Control, Financial Operations, and Financial Reporting. We’re a collaborative, supportive group who take pride in delivering high‑quality work and continuously improving how we partner with the business.
In this role, you will work and report to the Head of Financial Reporting, joining a team that values curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to get stuck in.

- ACA qualified with good pass rates in the professional exams.
- Strong Excel skills are essential
- Solid grasp of financial statements, accounting fundamentals, and reconciliations.
- Proven ability to clean, reconcile, and structure complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Be organised and commercially minded. Displaying a flexible, professional approach and have the confidence to establish credibility with Partners.
- Clear, concise communication, able to turn numbers into insights and next steps.
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering quality, ensuring that client needs are met.

A 35 hour working week with a hybrid working policy with the flexibility to work from home for up to three days per week (our core hours are 10-4).
