Our growing and evolving transfer pricing team is looking for an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to expand our service line offering. You should have a solid foundation of providing transfer pricing advice across a variety of industries and sectors. Applicants should have practical experience in advising on the UK’s transfer pricing legislation. A broad knowledge of international corporate tax principles is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and deliver transfer pricing projects, including technical input, resource requirements and costs, reporting to the transfer pricing director.
  • Apply broad practical and theoretical transfer pricing experience across various sectors and industries, advising and implementing the required transfer pricing methods.
  • Deliver robust transfer pricing advice and design and documentation projects to a high standard for sign‑off by the transfer pricing director.
  • Advise on intellectual property transactions, including DEMPE analysis, business restructuring, and implementation of transfer pricing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the transfer pricing director and tax partners to grow the service line in our regions and build a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Assist with proposals, budgets and the development of new work streams for transfer pricing, both internally and externally.
  • Project‑manage the delivery of transfer pricing solutions for the client base, including multi‑territory projects.
  • Build relationships with the wider client service teams in your region.
  • Train, coach and develop junior members of the transfer pricing team.
  • Lead the financial management of the portfolio and proactively manage it, working with specialists worldwide across the international network.
  • Respond proactively to client and partner needs, ensuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Qualified individual with several years of post‑qualification experience in transfer pricing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaborative and enthusiastic.
  • Pro‑active, self‑starter attitude and collegiate mindset.
  • Familiar with technology use in transfer pricing.
  • Sound judgement and integrity.
  • Resilient and flexible approach.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to finish tasks.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work within a diverse team, demonstrating empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience helping teams transition to technology‑based delivery solutions.

  • Degree level education or equivalent; ACA/CTA/ADIT/law qualification or international equivalents.
