We are seeking an experienced and driven Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager to lead our Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) and wellbeing agenda. This role is pivotal in shaping an inclusive culture, enhancing employee experience, and strengthening our responsible business approach. You will lead key initiatives, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure we continue to make measurable progress against our objectives.
As part of the Responsible Business team, you will play a key role in leading and shaping our ED&I and Wellbeing priorities in a collaborative and supportive working environment.
Responsibilities
- ED&I Strategy and Programme Delivery
- Lead the delivery of our ED&I strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities.
- Manage our ongoing inclusive leadership programme, delivered in partnership with external providers.
- Contribute to the drafting of policies and procedures to meet defined key principles and ensure compliance with external requirements, working closely with the People Experience team.
- Support the attraction, development, and retention of employees working with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams to ensure suitable ED&I practices are embedded.
- Culture, Engagement and Awareness
- Strengthen and support our People Networks to maximise their impact on inclusion and belonging.
- Develop and manage an annual calendar of meaningful awareness and engagement activities to build cultural competency across the business.
- Deliver training, workshops, and guidance to support inclusive behaviours at all levels.
- Wellbeing Programme
- Review and assess our current wellbeing offering, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the introduction of new wellbeing initiatives (covering mental, physical, and financial wellbeing) and continuously evaluate their impact.
- Manage wellbeing campaigns, events, and external providers.
- Ensure wellbeing is embedded into policies, practices, and ways of working.
- Data, Reporting and Clients
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lead the collation of ED&I and wellbeing data and content for the annual responsible business report.
- Prepare regular updates and insights for senior leadership.
- Support client conversations and demonstrate our commitment to inclusion and responsible business when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an ED&I role.
- Strong understanding of inclusive leadership, social mobility, disability inclusion, and broader diversity topics.
- Experience reviewing and evolving people-focused strategies and programmes.
- Strong analytical capability, with experience using data to measure impact and inform strategy.
Desirable
- Experience contributing to Responsible Business reporting.
- Familiarity with UK-based inclusion benchmarks and frameworks.
- Experience supporting client tenders or business development activity.

Reward and Benefits
- A 35 hour working week with a hybrid working policy with the flexibility to work from home for up to three days per week (our core hours are 10-4).

- Eligibility for the firm's profit-sharing plan, paid in December.
- Eligibility for the discretionary bonus scheme.
