Role Overview

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Senior Manager to work within our Tax Advisory Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing bespoke tax advisory services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, family offices, and trusts. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, delivering excellent tax advice, and supporting the firm’s business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver excellent tax advice.
  • Lead client engagements and liaise with specialist teams (corporate tax, accounts, audit, payroll) to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure deliverables are prepared within the set time frame.
  • Provide advisory services on tax‑efficient wealth structuring, trusts, estate planning and succession planning.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
  • Manage client relationships, budgeting, invoicing and ad‑hoc queries.
  • Pursue opportunities to grow the private‑client practice through referrals, networking and contributing to pitches.

Qualifications

  • Professionally qualified (CTA, ATT, ACA/ACCA, STEP or equivalent) with relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of leading engagements with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families.
  • Strong tax technical expertise, including advising international/non-dom clients.
  • Leadership abilities and a team‑oriented, flexible personality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and client‑management skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, run multiple projects concurrently and use own initiative.
  • Commercially minded with a clear perception of client requirements.
