We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Health & Safety / Fire Risk Advisor to join our team, delivering expert advice and support to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage your own portfolio of clients and schedule support visits in line with contractual requirements
- Conduct Health & Safety audits and Fire Risk Assessments, producing clear and practical action plans
- Support clients in implementing recommended actions and improvements
- Maintain and update client records via our bespoke online Health & Safety Management System
- Develop and review policies, processes, and procedures tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery, share industry knowledge, and improve internal resources
- Stay up to date with current UK Health & Safety legislation and best practices
- NEBOSH General Certificate, Diploma, Fire Certificate, or equivalent (minimum requirement)
- Proven experience in Health & Safety consultancy and Fire Risk Assessments in a client-facing role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Full UK driving licence (essential due to travel requirements)
