The Opportunity
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team based in Dinnington. As our Warehouse Operative, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day warehouse operations, supporting our Service Engineers, managing stock, and ensuring the overall efficiency and cleanliness of the warehouse. Job Responsibilities for Our Warehouse Operative
- Supporting Service Engineers in filling and tipping of drums
- Unloading & loading of stock including cages, drums, and machines both clean and spent items
- Stock management of all branch stock
- Item arrival and goods receipt processing ensuring stock is recorded correctly and returned to the Distribution Centre
- Ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of all areas
- Servicing and repairing of machines (full training given) occasionally on customer sites
Competencies Required for the Warehouse Operative
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
- Forklift / Counterbalance Licence is required
- A great communicator who values teamwork
- A good self-starter who works independently as required
